Chef James Foods

"Chef James is honestly THE OG of the Vancouver food scene. The man’s food is SO YUMMY. Every time I visit the night market, Chef James is my first and last stall to visit (yes I often eat there and pack some to go for family and friends). He makes his food from the heart and with great dedication (when every other vendor assembles pre-made food, Chef James stands in hot greasy fumes for hours and cooks each batch of juicy lamb to perfection… mmmm so flavorful). Every other item I tried is absolutely delish too (duck bun, eggplant bun, lamb noodles).. gosh my mouth is watering just thinking about this man’s food. Great family story too, would love to see them open up an actual restaurant so I can eat hot yummy buns in the winter time :( Love you Chef James!"
